William Perry Hines, affectionately known as Perry, passed away peacefully on December 2, 2025, at the age of 69 in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he was born on April 8, 1956.

Perry is survived by his daughter, Katie Clagg, and his son, William Hines and his grandson, Sage Clagg. He is also survived by his siblings, including his sister Sherrie (Keith) Riddell, brother Bryon (Stephanie) Hines, sister Sandra (Edward) Vicars, and sister Karla Hill. In addition, he leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends who will remember him fondly.

An Army veteran, Perry lived life with a sense of humor and simplicity, often keeping a low profile while making a lasting impact on those around him. He had a passion for the outdoors, enjoying camping and riding his motorcycle. Perry was also known for his knack for building, having put together a few classic 1968 Camaros over the years.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at a graveside service scheduled for December 11, 2025, at Kentucky Veteran Cemetery North in Williamstown, KY. The service will begin at 12:00 PM, with the opportunity for reflection and remembrance.

William Perry Hines will be deeply missed, but his memories will remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
