Virgil L. Noe, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on June 25, 2026, in Newport, Kentucky, at the age of 60. He was born on October 7, 1965, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and in the years that followed, he became a guiding light for all who knew him.

Virgil’s life was defined by his devotion to his family. He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Brenda Noe, with whom he shared many years of companionship and partnership. Together, they built a strong and nurturing family, leaving an enduring legacy for generations to come.

He is survived by his children: LaTosha True, Anthony Noe, Randy Robinson, Stephanie Noe, Samantha Noe, Virgil Justice, and Archy Justice. Each of them carries forward his spirit, compassion, and the many values he instilled through his example and unwavering support. Virgil delighted in the achievements and milestones of his children—his guidance, encouragement, and unconditional love will continue to shape their lives.

Virgil was a dedicated grandfather to Thomas True and Aadan True. His warmth, stories, and laughter enriched their lives profoundly, leaving cherished memories that his grandchildren will hold close throughout their lives.

Among his siblings, Virgil is survived by Alma Beaty, Geneva VanHook, Bonnie Insley, Danny Noe, Howard Noe, Jr. and Glen Noe. Their bond was marked by loyalty and camaraderie, which provided a source of strength through all of life’s seasons.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Howard Noe and Etta Noe (nee Robinson), as well as his siblings Doug Lowe, Michael Noe, Wanda Burgess-Jimenez, and Alice McDaniel. Virgil held deep respect for his family’s legacy, honoring their memory with every step he took.

Virgil’s presence extended beyond his family, touching the lives of many friends and acquaintances who will deeply feel his absence. He will be remembered for his quiet strength, kindness, and the genuine care with which he approached every relationship.

A Celebration of Life in honor of Virgil L. Noe will be held on July 11, 2026, at 12 E 10th St, Newport, KY 41071. Family and friends are invited to gather and remember a remarkable man whose life was a testament to love, perseverance, and loyalty.
