Virgil L. Mallicoat

Virgil L. Mallicoat, aged 64, of Williamstown, Kentucky, passed away on October 2, 2026. Born on February 4, 1962, in Covington, Kentucky, he was the beloved son of Lillie Mae Mallicoat (née McDaniel) and the late Virgil L. Mallicoat, Sr.

Preceded in death by his father and sister, Callie A. Mallicoat, Virgil is remembered fondly by his mother, Lillie Mae; daughter, Ashley Mallicoat; grandsons, Kaden and Mason Mallicoat. He is also survived by his siblings: Barbara (Steve) Long, Thomas E. Mallicoat, Charlie W. Mallicoat, Lillie S. (Steven) Smith, Rosalita F. Jude, and James M. (Judy) Mallicoat, along with many niece's and nephew's and extended family members and friends.

Virgil had a passion for fixing and collecting things, notably guns and guitars, and cherished the time he spent with his grandchildren.

A funeral service celebrating Virgil's life will be held on Monday, October 12, 2026, at 11:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel in Erlanger, Kentucky. Visitation will precede the service beginning at 10:00 am.
