He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Wilbur Hamblin, Charles Hamblin, Russell Hamblin, Eugene Hamblin, Laura Price, Emelda Martinez. Vincent is survived by his siblings, Clyde Hamblin, Carl Hamblin, Evelyn Bowman, Paula Martinez, Elena Martinez; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.
