Victoria Lynn Toliver

Victoria L. Toliver born Friday April 25, 1958, departed this world on May 09, 2025 due to complications from illness. She is preceded in death by her parents James Toliver of Cincinnati, Ohio, and mother Evelyn Scott-Toliver of Cincinnati, Ohio; and her son Gregory L Moultrie Jr. (d.2004).

She leaves behind four living children Genise V. Toliver, Nicole L. Moultrie-McCollum, Levar J. Moultrie-McCollum, and Devonna L. Moultrie-McCollum; one sister Terri Lee Grayson; one niece Rachiette Toliver; 15 grandkids; 12 great-grand kids; and her partner of 18 years Mr. Glenn Harris. 

There will be a visitation at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211 on Friday May 16, 2025 from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm at Oak Hill Cemetery.
