She was born on September 24, 1944 in Cincinnati, OH to Mary and Raymond Pryse.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Raymond Pryse; first husband, Elwood Warrix and second husband, Edward Fugate.
She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Kinman; grandsons, Daniel Kinman, and Chris Kinman; brother James Pryse.
She will be truly missed by all.
