Shawn Michael Webster

Shawn Michael Webster, beloved son, brother, and father, was born on March 25, 1971, in Covington, Kentucky, and peacefully passed away on July 29, 2025, in Edgewood, Kentucky, after a long and courageous battle with cardiomyopathy. He will be remembered for his warmth, creativity, and the deep love he had for his family and friends.

Shawn was a dedicated father to his daughter, Zoe M. Webster, who was undoubtedly one of his proudest accomplishments. He took immense joy in being a parent and cherished the moments spent together. His energetic spirit was matched only by his love of the outdoors; Shawn found peace in fishing, camping, and hiking, especially at The Gorge, where he felt most at home among nature.

An artist at heart, Shawn spent countless hours meticulously building miniatures and dioramas, showcasing his creativity and attention to detail. His passion for art was complemented by his enthusiasm as a devoted fan of UK sports, which brought him and his loved ones together during games and celebrations.

Shawn was the cherished son of Michael (Karen) Webster and Theresa Perry (nee Baker). He is also survived by his siblings, Renee L. Young, TJ (Becky) Quigley, Josh (Emily) Quigley, and Ryan Quigley and his grandfather, James (the late Marjorie) Rasbach. In addition to his immediate family, Shawn is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends, all of whom will deeply miss his presence.

A visitation will be held on August 1, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, Northern Kentucky, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, KY 41018. Shawn will be laid to rest following the service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park at 2:00 PM.
