Serenity is survived by her mother, Donita Mincy of Cincinnati; father, Billy D. Williams of Cincinnati. Serenity will be missed by a host of family and friends.
Funeral service for Serenity Miracle Williams, of Cincinnati, will be Sunday, December 23, 2012 at 1:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home - Hamilton Chapel. Dr.Elliott Cuff will officiate. The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 23, 2012 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home - Hamilton Chapel.
