Ruth M. Bartlett

Ruth M. Bartlett, aged 81, of Erlanger, Kentucky, peacefully passed away on February 4, 2026, just a day after celebrating her birthday. Born in Newport, Kentucky, on February 3, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Florence Diedenhofer.

Ruth was a cherished member of her family, who will deeply miss her presence. She is survived by her devoted husband of 60 years, Louis J. Bartlett; her loving daughter, Sharon A. Welch; and her son, Louis S. (Cathy) Bartlett. Her legacy also continues through her grandchildren: Brandon S. True, Elexis M. True, Krista Bartlett, and Kassidy Bartlett. She is additionally survived by her brother, Charles P. Diedenhofer, and sister, Sueann Willingham, along with numerous other family members and friends.

Preceding her in death were her beloved father, Charles, her mother, Florence, and grandsons, Thomas R. True and Alan R. True.

Ruth enjoyed the companionship of her dog and had a passion for connecting with her family through social media. In her earlier years, she had a love for travel and a keen interest in history.
