Ronald Pennington

Ronald Pennington, aged 80, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on December 5, 2025. Born on July 3, 1945, in Cincinnati, he was the son of Eber Pennington and Cuba (nee Hall).

Ronald is lovingly remembered by his devoted wife of 40 years, Judith Pennington (nee Schneider), his brother Rod Pennington, his cherished dog Dillon, and numerous family members and friends who held him dear.

Throughout his life, Ronald embraced a variety of passions. He was an enthusiastic dirt bike racer and enjoyed walking, running, and stair climbing. His dedication to the community was evident during his tenure as the vice mayor of Norwood in the 1970s. Ronald was an active member of the Norwood Kiwanis and worked with the Norwood Property Improvement Corporation, Over-the-Rhine Development, the Norwood Historical Society, and the Norwood Chamber of Commerce. His contributions were significant, including advocating for a new swimming pool and the transformation of Cutter School into the School for Creative and Performing Arts.
