Parks, Richard Eugene age 64, of Union Township, Ohio passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2017. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 12, 1953 to Ronald Eugene Parks and Phyllis Louise Frech (nee Barton).
He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia L. Parks; his parents; brothers, Greg Parks and Terry Frech. Richard is survived by his daughters, Audrey Richards and Peggy Manning; brother, Ken (Jenny) Parks; grandchildren, Patricia M. Parks, Emma Skow, Keegan Skow, Sincere Richards; and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral Ceremony will be 1:00 pm Friday, December 15, 2017 with a visitation from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm at Newcomer Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231. Burial will take place on Monday, December 18, 2017 at 11:30 AM at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428.
In loving memory of Richard, contributions may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 4420 Carver Woods Drive, Blue Ash, Ohio 45242.
