He is survived by sons, Richard J. Rankin Jr., Timothy Rankin, Jeff (Lisa)Rankin, and daughter-in-law, Juanell Rankin.
Friends may call from 1:00 pm until services at 2:00 pm on Friday, April 12, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Ave. Cincinnati, Ohio 45231. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
