Rhonda R. "Ro" Perry

Rhonda R. "Ro" Perry, 58, of Elsmere, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on October 10, 2026. Born December 11, 1967, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Rhonda was the beloved daughter of the late James and Wanda Perry (nee Patton) and is also preceded in death by her niece, Hope R. Mullens.

Rhonda is survived by her Sister, Michelle Y. Tinker, Sister, Darla J. Perry, Sister, Katrina M. Gordon, Nephew, John P. Tinker, Niece, Holley R. (Zachary) Tinker, Great Niece, Daisy R. (Andrew) McDaniel, Great Nephew, John P. Tinker, III, Great Nephew, Jamey R. Mullens, Great Nephew, Alex Mullens, Great Niece, Lilly R. Merk, Great Niece, Eva Mullens, Nephew, Mark Mullens, Great Nephew, Dylan Ronnebaun, Great Niece, Summer R. Murphy, Great Niece, Alexis R. Murphy, Great Nephew, Zachary Opp, Great Great Nephew, Cain Ray; and a host of other family members and friends.

A passionate advocate for the LGBTQ community, Rhonda's dedication and commitment to organizing benefits and promoting rights were truly inspiring. Her zeal for learning and her devotion to family, particularly to Tiny, will be fondly remembered.

In honor of Rhonda's life, contributions can be made to Autism Awareness. Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life at a funeral ceremony on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 7:00 pm, with visitation beginning at 5:30 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, Erlanger, Kentucky.

Rhonda will be dearly missed, and her family welcomes memories and messages in the guestbook.
