Randall Phelps

Randall Leon Phelps, 66, of Cincinnati passed away on May 9, 2025. Devoted father of Randall (Lindsey) Phelps, Rachel Phelps, Terry (Skylar) Phelps, Kassidy (Amanda) Miller, the late Anthony Meadows, and Matthew (Ashley) Meadows. Proud grandfather of Charity Phelps, Kayden Phelps, Jaylea Phelps, Kaynan Phelps, Izabella Ollman, Kaylea Phelps, Dallas Whiteford, Carter Phelps, Thomas Whiteford, Ronan Meadows, Maeve Meadows, Sheldon Sykes, Brayden Belcamino, Ivy Miller, Becca Miller, and Mandie Miller.

He was proceeded in death by his parents Luther Leon Phelps and Margaret “Jerry” Phelps. He was the loving brother of Sherry (Willard) Redford, Linda (O'Neil) Potter, Patty (Roger) Buerkle, the late Terry (Nona) Phelps, the late Kimberly Widener and the late Leon Phelps. He will be loved and missed by many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family members.

Randy (Big R) was born in Cincinnati, Ohio but spent his life traveling the country driving an 18 wheeler and seeing more than could ever be put into words. He would love to share his memories and pictures of traveling to all 48 continental states. Many will remember one of his biggest passions in life was playing softball. He played on several teams but always enjoyed the after party at Gangl Alley. Grandpa Randy will be remembered for his willingness to do silly things to bring a smile to the faces of his many grandchildren. We will forever cherish the memories of his laughter and the wisdom he shared with us.

Funeral Ceremony will be 3:30 pm Thursday, May 15, 2025, with a visitation from 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
