Patsy Lee Windisch

Patsy Lee Windisch, age 88, of Cincinnati, Ohio, peacefully passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2025. She was born in Cincinnati on November 30, 1936, to Garvice and Florence Barnes (nee Stephenson).

Patsy was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Garvice and Florence Barnes, her sister, Lois G. Shamblen, and her husbands, Willam Ray and Carl W. Windisch. She is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Terry (Jeff) Umlah, Tanya M. Ray, and Traci Ray, as well as her grandson, Richard Crawford III, alongside a host of family members and friends who cherished her deeply.

Known for her warm spirit and love for animals, Patsy maintained many friendships, even having pen pals across the United States and one from England. Her passion for life included thrift store shopping with friends and enjoying meals at White Castles. Above all, her devotion to her family was evident and unwavering.
