Patricia Lynn Rose, affectionately known as Pat, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2026, in Florence, Kentucky. Born on January 1, 1954, in Covington, Kentucky, Pat lived a life defined by deep love for her family, cherished traditions, and the simple joys that wove meaning through her days.

Pat was a devoted wife to her beloved husband of 50 years, Terry Rose. Their enduring partnership was a testament to mutual respect, laughter, and unwavering support. She was a loving mother to her sons, Adam Rose and Josh Rose, always nurturing, guiding, and supporting them throughout their lives. As a grandmother, Pat delighted in the company of Tabitha, Alexander, Desiree, and Madison, whose visits brought immense happiness and pride. Her love for her brothers—Randall Landrum, Jeff Landrum, and Jason Landrum—and her sister, Debbie King, was evident in the bonds they shared throughout her life.

Patricia's roots stretched deep, shaped by the example and care of her parents, Elwood and Fay Landrum, whom she now joins in rest, as well as her step-sister, Amanda Smith, whose memory was dearly kept in Pat’s heart.

Family gatherings were the heartbeat of Pat’s world. She found her greatest joy in being both a mom and a grandma, always present with a listening ear, a comforting embrace, and encouragement for those she loved. Whether sharing stories, offering sage advice, or creating a warm and welcoming home, Pat’s nurturing spirit touched all who knew her.

Pat’s devotion to her pets was widely known; she adored cats and dogs alike, welcoming them as treasured members of the family. She also expressed her affection through her talents in the kitchen, earning a reputation as a wonderful cook. Her tuna casserole, in particular, became a family favorite—savored at countless gatherings and forever linked to memories of laughter and togetherness.

Patricia Lynn Rose led by example, showing kindness, generosity, and strength in the roles she embraced throughout her life. Her memory is etched deeply in the hearts of her family and friends, who will continue to honor her legacy through the stories they share and the love they pass on.
