FRANKLIN, Olivia Jean infant passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2013. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of William and Tiffany (Prewitt) Franklin.
She is survived by her parents; brother, Dakota Franklin; maternal grandparents, Briana and Jeff Tolle; paternal grandparents, Bill and Debbie Franklin; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandma, Barbara Franklin.
