Melissa S. Goins

Melissa S. Goins, aged 56, of Dayton, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. Born in Cynthiana, Kentucky, on May 6, 1970, she was the cherished daughter of Myrtle Sue Tucker (née Eaton) and the late Donald Goins.

Beside's her father Donald, she was preceded in death by her Daughter, Angela, lifelong partner Eric Randoll, her Grandmother Eleanora, Grandma & Grandpa Eaton and her Sister Brandy.

Melissa is lovingly remembered by her mother, Myrtle Sue Tucker; her children, Tiffany (Jeff) Shouse, Amber Goins, and Ricky Randoll; and her treasured grandchildren: Elizabeth, Ethan, Erik, Emmy, LaVonda, River, Layton, Abby, Junior, and Remington. She is also survived by her siblings: Helena (Russell) Tipton, Regina Hernandez, Kimmy Goins, Roy (Christe) Casebolt, Derrick Fortner, Gordon (Jennifer) Casebolt, James Stull, and Donald (Kristi) Goins, Jr., as well as many niece's, nephew's, aunt's and uncle's and friends.

Melissa’s life was full of simple joys. She found happiness in her family, especially her grandchildren, cherished moments at the casino, the thrill of a lottery ticket, and peaceful days spent fishing. Her love for Pepsi and cigarettes created comforting rituals that she enjoyed every day.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the funeral ceremony scheduled for 12:00 pm on Thursday, July 23, 2026, with a visitation beginning at 11:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions – Northern Kentucky Chapel, located at 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018.
