Mary Jane Ryan

Mary Jane Ryan, née Rust, was born on July 30, 1938, in Covington, Kentucky, and passed away peacefully on April 19, 2025.

Mary Jane is survived by her loving daughter, Saundra Haynes; son, Charles Christopher (April) Haynes; and daughter, Ramona Policano. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren, Angela (Brad) Werwick, Micah (Jessica) Policano, Jordan Haynes, Shayna (Jerry) Josupeit, Trevor (Arica) McCarty, and Rhett McCarty. She was also a proud great-grandmother to Isabella Josupeit, Asher Werwick, Savannah Policano, Celia Werwick, Flynn Werwick, Tristan Haynes, Olive Werwick, Holden Josupeit, and Haven Josupeit. She is also survived by her sisters, Carol Hempelmann and Patricia (Rick) Masters, along with a host of other family members and friends.

Mary Jane was preceded in death by her parents, Pearl Puckett (née Bush) and James E. Rust, as well as her beloved husband, Earl Ryan.

In her free time, Mary Jane found joy in bird watching, playing Scrabble, and solving word searches. Her warmth and passion for life will be missed by all who knew her. She loved dogs and had many throughout her life.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
