Marie Bacon

Marie Bacon, born Marie Spinelli on July 16, 1930, in Batavia, Ohio, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2026, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was a woman loved by everyone who knew her. Marie's faith was very important to her and guided her throughout her life.

Marie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward J. Bacon. She was also mourned by her parents, Leonardo Spinelli and Josephine Spinelli (nee Snead).

She is survived by her loving family: her daughter Debbie (Ken) Knight, daughter Nancy (Patrick) O'Connor, son Edward J. (Debbie Hall) Bacon, Jr., daughter Patricia (Tim Szempruch) Crosser, and son David Bacon. Marie was a cherished grandmother and great-grandmother, leaving behind numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will remember her fondly. She was also loved by many nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.

Marie’s life touched many, and she will be remembered for her kindness, her deep faith, and the love she gave to those around her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
