Lucy Lee Willoughby

Lucy Lee Willoughby, age 83, of Fort Thomas, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 16, 1942 to Bernard and Lucy Nicely (nee Cromer).

She was preceded in death by her Husband, James W. Willoughby, Father, Bernard Nicely, Mother, Lucy Nicely.

Lucy is survived by her Son, Jim Willoughby, Sister, Vickie Tiemeyer, Grandchild, Shelly Willoughby, Grandchild, Vanessa Schell, Great Grandchild, Kelsey Owens, Great Grandchild, Jamie Owens, Great Grandchild, Delilah Owens, Great Grandchild, Peyton Fossett, Great Grandchild, Jace Willoughby, Great Grandchild, MacKenzie Schell, Great Great Grandchild, Memphis Owens; and a host of other family members and friends.

Lucy enjoyed Gospel music, she also enjoyed spending time with all her grandchildren and family.
