Lucinda Ann Smith

Lucinda Ann Smith, fondly known as Cindy, passed away on January 21, 2026, in Florence, Kentucky. She was born on January 5, 1961, in Covington, Kentucky. Cindy was a graduate of Lloyd High School, class of 1980.

During her career, Cindy worked many years as a floral arranger at Van Leunens. After the company closed, she transitioned to a clerical role at Skill Craft, where she continued to contribute her skills and dedication.

Cindy had a passion for cooking and enjoyed collecting recipes, which reflected her love for nurturing those around her. She also had a fondness for animals, particularly dogs. She shared her life with her beloved husband, Brad Smith, to whom she was married for 39 years. In addition to Brad, she leaves behind numerous other family members and friends who will cherish her memory.

Cindy was preceded in death by her father, Melvin Anderson, and her mother, Beatrice Anderson (née Points).

Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life during the visitation on January 30, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by the funeral service at 1:00 PM, both taking place at Newcomer Funeral Home, Northern Kentucky, located at 4350 Dixie Hwy, Erlanger, KY 41018. A private burial will take place at the family's convenience at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger.
