Leah S. Clore

Leah Clore, 62, passed away on May 26, 2026, after a life that was many things to many people.

Born on June 23, 1963, to Barbara Britt (née Burt) and Garnett Clore, Leah grew up surrounded by family and was a longtime, devoted member of Richwood Presbyterian Church. She found solace in crafting, tending her garden, and caring for her beloved pets. Her happiest moments, by all accounts, were those spent with her grandchildren.

Leah is survived by her son, Derek McDine, and his wife Caprice; her grandchildren Jayde McDine, Alexandrite McDine, Serenity Oiler, and Piper Linn; her longtime partner of 18 years, Robert Wood; her mother, Barbara Britt; her brother, Mike Clore; and her sister, Lara Ayres. She was preceded in death by her sister, Lisa Ramler.

A graveside service will be held at a time to be announced, followed by a celebration of life at a later date.
