Kevin S. Hawkins

Kevin S. Hawkins, age 60, of Florence, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2026. Born on March 8, 1966, in Fort Thomas, Kentucky, Kevin was the beloved son of Jake Andrew and Phyllis Darlene Hawkins (née Bowles).

He was preceded in death by his father, Jake Andrew Hawkins. Kevin is lovingly remembered by his devoted wife of 28 years, Lizabeth Hawkins (née Cruz); his mother, Phyllis Darlene Hawkins; his daughter, Danielle M. Lovins; his sister, Angela M. (Trevor) Abdon; and his brothers, Mark A. (Angela) Hawkins and Buddy J. (Kristy) Hawkins, along with many other family members and friends who cherished him.

Kevin found joy in fishing, cruises, gambling, woodworking, ginseng and mushroom hunting, and spending time outdoors, and spending time with his family. He was also known for his caring nature and dedication as a caregiver.

Family and friends are invited to share memories and offer condolences to honor Kevin’s life. His warmth and spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
