Schnitker, Kenneth R. age 89, of Mt. Olivet, Kentucky passed away on Friday, April 20, 2018. He was born in Lexington, Kentucky on November 12, 1928 to Edward and Ruth Schnitker (nee Chitwood).
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Betty Schnitker. Kenneth is survived by his son, Oman Ken; his daughters, Kathleen (Robert) Haverkamp and Karen (Dan) Thomas; his son, Karl Anthony; his sister, Jean Cousineau; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Doug) Hartwig, Amanda Bell, Lori (Thomas) Cook, Ryan (Brandy) Thomas, and Shana (Darin) Hudson; his niece, Ericka (Chris) Norlin; his nephew, Brian (Peggy) Thomas; and his loving great-grandchildren.
A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 from 4:00 pm until the time of service at 5:30 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Mount Healthy, Ohio 45231.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to, Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Avenue, Floor 17, Chicago, IL. 60601.
