Katie Farrell-Pena, 3, of Walton, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2022. She was born in Edgewood, Kentucky on June 9, 2018 to Matthew Farrell and the late Monique S. Pena.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Monique S. Pena and sister, Nikki Romero.
Katie is survived by her beloved father, Matthew Farrell; paternal grandparents Marsha Farrell and Ron Gilbert; maternal grandparents Elizabeth Pena and Francisco Pena, Sr.; two uncles, Daniel B. Pena and Francisco Pena, Jr. as well as a host of other family members and friends.
There will be no services at this time.
