Joe E. Chambers, Jr.

Joe E. Chambers, Jr. was born on January 10, 1942, in Charleston, West Virginia. He passed away peacefully on December 17, 2025, in Florence, Kentucky, surrounded by his beloved family.

Joe was a good husband, father, and grandfather, who cherished every moment with his family. He was married for 64 years to his loving wife, Sandra Lee Chambers (nee Dietz). Together, they raised four children: Joe Ellet (Rae Jean) Chambers, III, Steven Robert (Debbie) Chambers, Charles Edward Chambers, and Stacey Lee (Larry) Ramler. He's also survived by his grandchildren: Brandy, Amanda, Steven, Allison, Jimmy, Rachel, as well as six great-grandchildren. Joe took great pride in his family, which he held as his proudest accomplishment.

In his younger years, Joe enjoyed hunting, a pastime that brought him joy. He also loved watching TV, often spending evenings in the comfort of home with his loved ones.

Joe will be remembered not only for the love he had for his own family but also for the warm presence he brought into the lives of those he encountered. He is survived by his immediate family, as well as a host of other family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Ellet Chambers, Sr., his mother, Mildred Faye Chambers (nee Owens), and three sisters.

Visitation for Joe E. Chambers, Jr. will be held on December 26, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home in Erlanger, Kentucky.
