JoAnn Daniels

JoAnn Daniels, aged 85, of Florence, Kentucky, peacefully passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2026. Born on October 28, 1940, in Burlington, Kentucky, she was the beloved daughter of Jacob and Cora Freeman (née Lewis).

Joann was preceded in death by her parents; her devoted spouse, Bobby Daniels; her cherished daughter, Sandra Gross; granddaughter, Tiffany Gross; and siblings Charles Freeman, Edgar Freeman, Grace Deck, Cora Griffin, Johnny Freeman, Ruby Brackett, Jacqueline Daniels, Betty Rector, and Jake Freeman.

She is lovingly remembered by her devoted children: Carol Bearden, Rita (Charles) Jones, Bobby (Ladawna) Daniels, Jr., and Randy (Kristine) Daniels. Joann also treasured her many grandchildren—Jason Jones, Jennifer Jones, Crystal Bridewell, Todd Beardon, Charles Jones, Kenny Burke, Tabitha Gross, Robert Daniels, Tosha Hubbard, Kerri Bearden, Zachary Gross, Sarah Jones, Brittany Stewart, and Zach Matteoli—as well as 25 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren. Alongside them, she leaves behind numerous other family members and friends who will fondly remember her warmth and spirit.

A visitation will be held on Monday, March 30, 2026, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, Receptions, located at 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018. The funeral service will begin at 12:00 PM, followed by burial at Beech Grove Holiness Cemetery at 9353 Beech Grove Road, Burlington, Kentucky 41005.
