Jeraldine Postema

Jeraldine Postema, age 86, of Cincinnati, Ohio, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Born in Cincinnati on November 22, 1939, she was the daughter of William and Alice Gehring (née Eichelbrenner).

Jeraldine was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Gehring; father, William Gehring; husbands, Julius Frank Marino and Terry Postema; and her son, Lawrence Marino. She is lovingly remembered by her children: Michael Marino, James (Debbie) Marino, Edward Marino, and Jennifer Ruffing; her siblings Mary, Rick, and Bert; as well as her grandchildren Kristina Marino, Angela Marino, Toneia Bennett, Sarah Marino, Crystal Ruffing, Jessie Ruffing, and Justin Ruffing. She also leaves behind special friends Providence Tarintino and Anthony Bierman, many great-grandchildren, and a wide circle of family and friends.

A graveside service to honor Jeraldine’s life will be held on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Crown Hill Memorial Park & Mausoleum, located at 11825 Pippin Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
