Jeffrey Lynn Hale

Jeffrey Lynn Hale, age 71, of Union, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2026. He was born in Lynnwood, California on April 15,1954 to Allen W. and Ruth Garvin (nee Garvin).

He was preceded in death by his Mother, Ruth Garvin, Father, Allen W. Hale, Wife Jean Hale (nee Hogan). Brothers, Scott and Nicholas Hale.

Jeff is survived by Step - Son Michael (Leticia) Broecker, Step - Mother, Nora Hale, Step-Sister, Teresa Moffitt, Sister in law, Kelly Hale, Step-Brother, David Moffitt, Step-Sister, Melinda Moffitt, Nephew, Brandon Moffitt, Nephew, Ryan Moffitt, Nephew, Matt Moffitt, Niece, Suzanne Temesvari, Cousin, Glenn Sutherland; and a host of other family members and friends.

Jeff loved all animals including his goats, dogs and birds. He enjoyed the night sky at his farm in Texas as well as practicing his marksmanship. Jeff was a member of the United States Armed Forces and Department of Defense serving our country for over 50 years. He made friends easily and had stories to keep everyone entertained. His family was important to him and he loved them well.

In loving memory of Jeff, contributions may be made to Boone County Animal Shelter.

Memorial Service will be 12:00 pm Friday, April 10,2026 with a visitation from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018.
