James Norman

James Norman, age 40, of Hamilton, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. Born in Cincinnati on November 12, 1985, he was the beloved son of James "Larry" and Deborah Norman (nee Gaines).

James is deeply missed and remembered by his father, James "Larry" and Lynn Salyer Norman; fiancée, Christina Teppe; children, James Norman, Jr., Sophia Norman, and Lincoln Norman. He is also survived by his sisters, Heather (Mark) Norman, Amber (Patrick) Austin, and Jamie (Ben) Gloss; brother, Cory Winkle; and cherished by a large circle of family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Deborah Norman, brother, Larry Norman, grandmother, Rosie Gaines and aunt, Linda Lewis. 

A devoted mechanic with a passion for low riders and modification of cars. Hot Wheels and RC cars, James was known for his engaging conversations and enthusiasm for car shows and low riders. He had a love his children, who were his world. James had a fondness for Halloween, Skyline Chili, Pepsi, BBQ, and cooking shows. He was skilled at grilling, especially known for his excellent steaks. His love for iguanas, dogs, scary movies, hot wheels, RC cars, and helping others will be fondly remembered.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - West Side Chapel, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio.
