James V Duggins Jr.

James Vernon Duggins Jr. Age 82, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully on August 26, 2025, surrounded by his family.

James was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Rose Duggins, and his parents, Vernon and Carmela Duggins. He is survived by his children, Micheal Duggins, Timothy (Christine) Duggins, and Kari (Melinda) Cecil. He was a proud grandfather to Johnathan Schneeman, Andrew Schneeman, Tristan Duggins, Elise Mitchell, and Lauren Lawrence, and a cherished great-grandfather to Vivianne Rose Mitchell and Kinsley James Mitchell. He is also survived by his sisters, Lorraine VanSlaars and Jackie Patterson.

James devoted his life to his family, taking joy in their accomplishments and spending quality time with his grandchildren. A retiree of General Motors, he was known for his generosity, strong morals, and the love he shared with everyone around him.

A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses 2290 Westwood Northern Blvd., Cincinnati, OH 45225, on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.
