Ila Jeanetta Lockard

ILA Jeanetta Lockard 82 years old (born January 26, 1943) died suddenly on August 18, 2025, in the morning after breakfast while residing in Villasprings Skilled Nursing Home, in Erlanger Ky. and under Hospice care since July 11, 2025.

ILA fell victim to a stroke while in her home on June 23rd of this year and received care at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, Ky. and then in Edgewood, Ky. before being transferred to Villasprings.

ILA is the cherished and beloved wife of and survived by Frederick R.A. DeMarks, having been married April 27, 2016 by Bishop John Nealon of "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints" of which ILA and her husband are baptized and confirmed members.

ILA, prior to August 18, 2025 had survived the demise of her father William Everett Lockard [born February 9, 1900 and died April 9th, 1999], her mother Mary Jane [Tuttle] Lockard [married September 27,1924, born February 28,1906 and died October 11, 1994], and her only sibling LESLIE Vernon Lockard [never married] born February 20, 1926 and died January 30, 1999. ILA'S father, mother and brother are buried in Highland Cemetery, Fort Mitchell, Kenton, Kentucky, United States.
