Igor S. Burlak, of Amelia, Ohio passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2020. He was born in Novomoskovs'k, Ukraine on March 11, 1994 to Sergiy and Nadia Burlak (nee Savchuk).
Igor is survived by his beloved parents, Sergiy and Nadia Burlak; brother, Oleg Burlak; sister, Yelena Burlak; and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral Ceremony will be at 11:00 am Friday, September 4, 2020 with a visitation from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Withamsville Church of Christ, 846 Ohio Pike, Cincinnati, Ohio 45245. Burial to follow at Pierce Township Cemetery.
