Helen Robertson

Helen Robertson, born Helen Taylor on September 5, 1952, in Glasgow, Scotland, passed away on May 5, 2026, in Edgewood, Kentucky. She lived a simple and meaningful life, marked by her love for her family and the small joys she found in everyday moments.

Helen was a warm and kind woman who took great pride in her family, especially her grandchildren. Her happiest times were spent listening to country music and watching old westerns on television, activities that brought her comfort and joy.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Taylor; her mother, Agnes Taylor (nee Forbes); and her beloved husband, Carlyle Robertson. Helen is survived by her loving daughter, Kelly Ann (Tony) Ledford, and her son, Cameron (Valerie) Robertson. She was a devoted grandmother to Megan (Shaun) Crail, Trey (Courtney) Crail, Logan (Alexis) Ledford, Paige (Sidney) Ledford, Darren Robertson, and Camden Robertson. Helen also cherished her great-grandchildren, Emma, Carter, Ayla, and Scarlett, who brought light to her later years. Along with her immediate family, Helen leaves behind a host of other family members and friends who will remember her fondly.

Helen's life was a testament to the importance of family and simple pleasures. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her and will be remembered for her gentle spirit and loving heart.
