From an early age, Eder displayed a friendly nature that touched the lives of many. She was known for her helpful spirit and dedication to those around her, qualities that she carried with grace throughout her life. Her love for travel took her to many places, but one of her most cherished experiences was visiting her family in the Philippines, where she treasured reconnecting with her roots and loved ones.

Equally important to her was the time she spent with her friends, family, and Bible study group. These gatherings were a source of strength and comfort, reflecting her faith and the meaningful connections she nurtured.

She was born Ederlinda Miguel, daughter of the late Orlando Miguel and Alicia Miguel (née Galvan). Though her parents have passed, their legacy lived on in Eder’s values and character. She is survived by her beloved husband of 15 years, Michael Barsky, who stood by her side through life’s journey. Eder is also survived by her brother Orlando Miguel, Jr., and his wife Josephine; her sister Evangelin Santillan and her husband Ado; and her brother Rufino Santos, along with a host of other devoted family members and friends who carry her memory forward.
