Dorothy "Dottie" Noami Baxter

Dorothy "Dottie" N. Baxter, 77, of Elsmere, Kentucky, passed away on October 22, 2026. Born on May 9, 1949, in Williamsburg, Kentucky, she was the beloved daughter of George and Lena Mae Mohollen.

Preceded in death by her husband, John Baxter III, her parents, brother Charlie Broyles and sister, Mary Francis Pike

Dottie leaves behind a loving family: her daughter, Rose Marie Baxter, step-daughter Pam Francis, step-daughter Sandy (Tim) Schreiber and John E. Baxter, IV. She is also survived by her brothers, Hubert, Joe, and James Broyles, sister Della O'Brinton, along with her cherished grandchildren Amy Francis, Nikeia Price,  Andrea Kaiser, Mikah Ball, Summer Horrigan, Jasmine Baxter, Draven Guilyard and Brandon Guilyard,  and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Dottie had a profound love for her family, friends, chocolate, and her cowgirl boots. She enjoyed dining at Frisch's, watching mystery shows and true crime stories, and had a passion for music. Known for her generous spirit, she loved serving and helping others, cooking, and sharing her deep faith in God.

A funeral ceremony will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, with visitation starting at 10:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, Erlanger, Kentucky.
