Deborah Dukes

Deborah Dukes, age 75, of Cincinnati, Ohio, peacefully passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2025. Born on February 2, 1950, in Covington, Kentucky, she was the cherished daughter of Robert Lee and Margaret Fann (nee Holloway).

Deborah is preceded in death by her husband Edward Dukes also by her beloved mother, Margaret Fann, and her devoted father, Robert Lee Fann. She is lovingly remembered by her brothers, Charles (Maryanne) Fann, and Donald (Carla) Fann  nieces and nephews, Michael Basey, Darryl Erkins, Robert Lee Fann Jr., Howard Scott Fann, Charles Fann II, Rachel Hope Fann, Abigail Lynn Rae Fann, Garrett Fann, Cymone Langenkamp, Marcellus Fann, Jordan Fann, Jaxon Fann,  Yvonne Housley, Antwan Housley, Darrien Fann, Charles Spivey Jr., Dawnn Fann, Dana Fann, April Fann, Latosha  Fann  along with a host of other family members and friends who will carry her memory in their hearts.

A passionate traveler, Deborah found joy in the company of her cats, the rhythms of jazz music, and the vibrant atmosphere of blues festivals. She had a special appreciation for high fashion, which reflected her unique sense of style.

A memorial service in honor of Deborah will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Crucifixion Baptist Church, located at 1801 Greenup St., Covington, Kentucky, 41011.
