David J. Gordon

Gordon, David J. age 79, of Colerain Township, Ohio passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2015. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 31, 1935 to Sam and Hazel Gordon (nee Rollins).

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam Gordon and Hazel Gordon; siblings, William Gordon, Bertha Rubenstein, Elizabeth Shear and Vera Wogenstahl. David is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years; Helena J. Gordon (Ventura); children, Scott D. Gordon, Stephen M. Gordon, Stephanie A. (Jerry) Brewsaugh, Sharon M. Gordon and Susan L. Cummings; grandchildren, Nicholas Vliege, Eric (Ashley) Gordon, Courtney Gordon, Justin McCurry, Sydney Gordon and Gabrielle Cummings; and a host of other family members and friends.

In loving memory of David, contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Funeral Ceremony will be 5:00 pm Sunday, May 31, 2015 with a visitation from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Northwest Chapel, 7830 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
