Daniel G. Schorsch Sr.

Daniel George Schorsch Sr., age 83, of Cheviot, Ohio, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. Born on September 10, 1942, in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was the son of Daniel and Rosella Schorsch (nee Kerns).

Daniel was a devoted family man who cherished his beloved wife of over 60 years, June Schorsch (nee Liebisch). He is survived by their children, Daniel G. (Lisa) Schorsch Jr. and Angela M. Strohofer; his brothers, Bruce (Peggy) Schorsch and Richard (Margie) Schorsch; as well as his grandchildren, Brittany (Eric), Danny, Taylor (Sean), and Alex, and great-grandchild, Maddox. He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Schorsch, his mother, Rosella Schorsch, and his brother, Nick Schorsch.

A proud U.S. Navy veteran during the Vietnam era, Daniel loved spending time with his family, particularly at Myrtle Beach, where he created lasting memories. He delighted in moments shared with friends at his local pub and enjoyed relaxing on his front porch with a cigar. Known for his spirited nature, he was also an avid horseshoes player in his younger days.
