BLACK JR., Cody age 74 of Cincinnati, OH, passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2013. He was born on March 5, 1939, and was a life long residence of Cincinnati.
He was preceded in death by his father Cody Black Sr. and his mother Annabelle (Blackwell) Black. Surviving family includes his daughters Marcy Simone Frasier and Sherrie McClendon; his sons Cody A. Philpotts and William (Jo Cornett) Black; his Godsons Christon Jackson and Corry Robinson.
Cody served our country in the United States Air Force. After obtaining his Master's Degree he worked as a Social Worker for the government. He loved music and was an accomplished musician. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
