Listen to Obituary

Christina Ellen Hartmann, age 41, of Fairfield, Ohio, passed away on October 7, 2026, leaving behind a family and community who loved her dearly.

Christina was a beloved daughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend. She is survived by her loving parents, Steve and Candy Hartmann; her brother, Nicholas Hartmann; her special cousin, Alexandra Becraft; and a large, loving extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends who will miss her more than words can express.

For more than 20 years, Christina dedicated her life to Cincinnati Gymnastics Academy as a gymnastics coach. While she had a deep passion for the sport, what mattered most to her were the children she coached. She shared her love of gymnastics, encouraged young athletes, and touched countless young lives through her years of coaching. Her influence reached far beyond the gym, leaving lasting memories in the hearts of the children and families who knew her.

Christina faced health challenges throughout much of her life, but she was a fighter. She met life's difficulties with determination and a strength that carried her through more than many people ever knew. She also had a wonderful sense of humor, bringing laughter and personality to the people around her. Her strength was remarkable, but so was her ability to find joy and make others smile.

A devoted Cincinnati Bengals fan, Christina loved cheering on her team. She cherished trips to the beach and, above all, loved making memories with her huge family.

Christina's life was one of perseverance, laughter, dedication, and love. Though her time here was far too short, the impact she made through her years of coaching, her fierce determination, and the love she gave her family and friends will never be forgotten.
