She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy R. Rowe and Carol J. Rowe. Carla is survived by her fiancé, Tommy Ralston, children, Thomas A. L. Rowe, Kimberly E. L. Ralston and Jessica N. Ralston. She will be loved and missed by a host of other relatives and friends.
