Calvin V. Hargis

Calvin V. Hargis age 87, of Erlanger, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on August 17, 1938 to James and Mildred Hargis (nee Stocksdale).

He was preceded in death by his Father, James Hargis, Mother, Mildred Hargis, 1st wife Flora "Dody" Hargis Morgan, Spouse, Harlene H. Hargis, Sibling, Merle Hargis, Sibling, Etta Miller, Sibling, Drucilla Hargis.

Calvin is survived by his Child, Steven (Cindy) Hargis, Child, Robin Chisnhall, Child, Jimmy Hargis, Child, Holly Ann Hargis; Grandchildren

James, Angela, Joshua, Jacob, Damon, Jeremy, Michael, Natasha, Jason, Dakota, also by many great grandchildren, and a host of other family members and friends.

Calvin enjoyed motorcycles, model railroading, the Cincinnati Reds. Also fishing and was a great artist, loving husband and father and grandfather.

In loving memory of Calvin, contributions may be made to Alzheimers Association.

Graveside Service will be 2:00 pm Friday, May 15, 2026 at Highland Cemetery, 2167 Dixie Highway, Fort Mitchell, KY 41017
