Byron Henry "Hank" Heideman

Byron Heideman, age 62, passed away on June 24, 2026, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Born on September 5, 1963, in Dayton, Ohio, he was the cherished son of William and Marjorie Heideman (née Young).

Byron is remembered lovingly by his sister, Cathy Becker, and her husband, Kirk; his cousin, Leyla Fruth; his cousin, Ayla Senol; cousin, Anneliese Fraizer; and many other family members and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Heideman and Marjorie Heideman, aunt, Janet Senol; and uncles, Ahmet Senol and John Heideman.

A passionate lover of the arts, Byron majored in film and worked with Greenpeace as well as in various art director roles before facing health challenges. His creativity was matched by his enthusiasm for sports; he enjoyed swimming competitively at Xavier University and was an avid fan of basketball, football, and baseball.

A funeral service will be held July 17, 2026, at 3:00 pm, visitation will be held from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm, located at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3300 Parkcrest Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
