Brad is survived by his father, Ronald Sizemore; mother, Hazel Sizemore; daughters, Taylor Sizemore and Morgan Sizemore; Sister, Sandy King; brothers, Gary Cox and Ronnie (Mary) Sizemore; Sister, Shelli Campbell; brothers, Beary (Nikki) Sizemore, Brent (Kim) Sizemore and Bret (Stacey) Sizemore; and a host of other family members and friends.
Services will be held privately by the family.
