Barbara A. Proctor

Barbara A. Proctor age 91, of Florence, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2026. She was born in Eastern Kentucky to Herbert and Sarah M.. Combs (nee Jones).

She was preceded in death by her Father, Herbert Combs, Mother, Sarah M.. Combs, Husband, Waldo Proctor, Brothers, Tommy Combs and Clyde Combs.

Barbara is survived by her Sister, Margie (Bill) Tuttle, Brother, Ernie P. Combs, Sister, Evelyn C. (Dennis) Tolliver, Sister, Sharon K. Fugate, 5 Nephews, 1 Niece; and a host of other family members and friends.

Barbara liked to travel, which she did extensively and traveled with family. She was a voracious reader, and liked to work crossword puzzles and play Rook. She was a teacher for many years and taught at New Richmond Elementary School, in New Richmond, Ohio.

Funeral Ceremony will be 12:30 pm Tuesday, September 29, 2026 with a visitation from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018.
