Carl Edward Carter, age 61, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on October 26, 1961 to Frank and Helen Carter (nee Applegate).

He was preceded in death by his parents, and sister Chris Carter. Carl is survived by his foster parents Jim and Cindy Spicer, beloved girlfriend Mary Dole of 5 years; sons Micheal Carter, Steven Carter, Kyle Carter; daughters Stephanie Carter, and Chelsey Carter; and a host of other family members and friends.

Carl enjoyed outside activities like sitting outside watching the birds, grilling, cooking. He was very competitive while playing corn hole and candy crush with friends and family.
