Stanken, Janet age 79, of Villa Hills, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2023. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 29, 1943 to Forest Callahan and Pearl Callahan (nee Clark).

She was preceded in death by her father, Forest Callahan, mother, Pearl Callahan, and son, Timothy Anthony Stanken. Janet is survived by her beloved husband of 55 years, Paul Robert Stanken; daughter, Barbara Ann (Ron) Zimmer; daughter-in-law, Lisa F. Stanken; grandchildren, Julia Ann Zimmer, Andrew Paul Stanken, James Forest Stanken, Joshua Wesley Zimmer; sister, Jolene Goldschmidt; many nieces, nephews and host of other family members and friends.

A devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Janet enjoyed her career as a legal secretary for many years, she was also a talented seamstress during her personal time. She was proud to be a Kentucky Colonel. Janet was a very generous and kind woman that worked with various charity organizations.

Funeral Ceremony will be 12:00 pm Wednesday, March 22, 2023 with a visitation from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018.
