Luster, Charles R. age 75, of Independence, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2023. He was born in Covington, Kentucky on December 24, 1947 to Cecil and Dora Luster (nee Richie).
He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Kevin Mark Luster and sister, Linda Combs. Charles is survived by his beloved children, Tammy (Michael) Naegele and Bryan (Sheri Wolfinbarger) Luster; grandchildren, Britney (Mark) Harlow, Misty (Jared) McCarthy, Amber (Jamen) Purvis, Jeremy Hubbard, Desirea Schroeder and Mackinzie Foster; great-grandchildren, Carson Schomaker, Nora Harlow, Mikah McCarthy, Mercy McCarthy, Leo McCarthy, Knox McCarthy and Conrad aka "Cozmo" Purvis; brothers, Jerry (JoAnn) Luster and Tony (Michelle) Luster; and a host of other family members and friends.
Services will be held Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at 2pm at Kentucky Veteran's Cemetery North, 205 Eibeck Ln, Williamstown, KY 41097.
